Anthony is a medical doctor and currently a Scientia Doctoral Researcher at The George Institute for Global Health, UNSW Sydney, Australia. He currently is President, ASEAN Society UNSW, Deputy Convenor, Primary Care SIG, Thoracic Society of Australia and New Zealand, and Vice-Chair Digital Transformation Leadership working group in the International Society for Telemedicine and e-Health (ISfTeH), one of two digital health associations with direct affliation to WHO. Furthermore, he's Chair, Health Commission at PPI Global, an Editorial Fellow at the Annals of Family Medicine, University of Michigan, USA, peer reviewer for multiple international journals and member of the Campbell and Cochrane Economics Methods group, University of Newcastle, UK.

Current Projects

This clinical research involves the use of digital health approaches to support primary care and patient empowerment in cardiorespiratory disease. Research methodologies utilized include mixed methods, human centred design, digital innovation, health economics, health management, health systems, nation-wide survey, big data, machine learning, clinical trial and implementation approaches. This research is primarily based in Australia.
